Adv. Payal Soni Singh is an accomplished Advocate, entrepreneur, and self-made businesswoman with over 19 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Maritime Services, Business Development, and Education Management.

Born into a traditional Marwari family, she built her career through determination, integrity, and entrepreneurial vision. A University Topper and postgraduate in Law, she set a clear goal from an early age—to establish a respected name on both the national and international stage.

Driven by this vision, she founded Afond HR Services on 2nd February 2007, at the age of just 23. What began as a recruitment consultancy has evolved into the Afond Group, a diversified business enterprise providing recruitment, HR consulting, maritime recruitment, crew management, and education management services.

Today, under her leadership, the Group serves clients across India and international markets with operations in Mumbai, Indore, and Jaipur, while maintaining a client retention rate of over 75%, reflecting the trust and confidence of long-term business partners.

Her leadership philosophy, "Building Careers, Building Organizations," has guided the growth of multiple successful ventures while creating employment opportunities for thousands of professionals.
